Wednesday sessions start at 10.30am  and finish at 3.30pm. Often on a Wednesday holiday session, the day is split into two parts, the first part for trampolining and the second for gymnastics, this allows us to cater for those who only wish to do one discipline.  This session is open to both members and non-members.
